Country Specific Protocol Dinners
Protocol is a code of behavior that is dictated by cultural and social norms that vary between countries. Therefore, what is considered excellent manners in one country may be offensive in another. Since many countries' business and social events revolve around food, knowing the proper dining etiquette of your target country is essential for successful international business dealings. Understanding the correct protocol shows respect and appreciation for a particular culture and can only increase your success internationally.
Spring Institute offers protocol dinners that are designed to educate business men/women on social norms and dining etiquette for a specific country. Whether you are negotiating new business, dealing with overseas counterparts and clients, or wanting to expand your operations abroad, we will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to make a great first impression. We customize each protocol dinner or training to meet your and your organization's needs.

Cultural Competency for Health Care
We have been helping health care providers serve diverse patients populations for 25 years. Our Cultural Competency for Health Care workshop is particularly designed to help health care organizations overcome intercultural communication barriers when delivering healthcare services. The workshop content focuses on healthcare specific challenges that are related to cultural diversity and intercultural communication.
The program will benefit your organization by creating effective communication with patients or families from other cultures, developing skills for cross-cultural interaction and raising the level of consciousness of cultural issues in the health care industry.
