Supporting Immigrant and Refugee Families: Immigrant Integration (SIRFI)
The Spring Institute for Intercultural Learning is the Coordinating Agency for the SIRFI: Immigrant Integration project which is an initiative of The Colorado Trust. The initiative is a 10-year (2000-2010), $18 million effort. Current funding supports 19 Colorado communities (10 communities began receiving support in 2004; an additional nine communities received grants in 2006) in their efforts to support immigrants and established residents in working together for healthy communities.
